Refund Policy

Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations post-dispatch. If the order is not shipped, you can go to your orders tab and cancel it from there. Once we receive the request, we initiate the refund, and the money is returned to your bank account within 3-5 business days after we duly process the cancellation request.

In our system there is no return policy on if customer accept the order and product is delivered in good condition. If product is damage, broken, defective condition or receive product is different from you ordered then amount can be refund of product in 3 days or if customer want product then product can be delivered to him/her in 3-15 days otherwise no return policy there is in our system. 

Refund & Replace

Mint Veda product amount will be refund & product can be replace in following condition:

1. If you receive a product in broken condition.
2. If you receive a product in damage condition.
3. If you receive a product in defective condition.
4. If you order product and receive product is different from each other.

Otherwise not.

Approval of Refund & Exchange

After when you have receive the product mention above condition. You can call us for replace the product you want or refund the amount of product from the date of delivery and next 2 days then only your request will be accept. After that we are not able to proceed for any refund the amount of product or replace the product you want and If the condition above mention is there then customer have to show the images of product. If we find that refund & replace condition is fulfil then your refund & replace will be approved. Otherwise not.

Note: If it is a case of replacement it is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the amount.

Caution: Do not accept the order’s delivery if the packaging is damaged or tampered within in any manner.

Refund Policy

We thank you & appreciate the purchase with us. We make all the efforts to provide the order placed as per the specifications & timelines. If we cannot ship the order due to any reason or unavoidable circumstances, the order gets cancelled and refunded.
